Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Miss Marie LTD CO ("Miss Marie Party Rentals"). They work together with the separate rental agreement and safety waiver you sign at checkout, as well as our Rental Policies. If any conflict exists, the signed rental agreement controls.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to book a rental. You are responsible for providing accurate booking, delivery, and contact information.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices displayed on the website do not include sales tax. Applicable Texas sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• Payment is collected through our secure third-party processor (Square).
• Tax-exempt organizations must contact us with valid documentation before booking, as described in our Rental Policies.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order.

Free delivery is included within 15 miles of Caddo Mills, TX (ZIP 75135). Deliveries beyond that radius require advance approval and may incur an additional fee. You are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and appropriate setup location with access to power and a clear, level surface.

Cancellation, rescheduling, weather, and refund terms are described in our Rental Policies. Weather-related decisions are made for the safety of all guests, and we may cancel or reschedule when conditions are unsafe for inflatable equipment.

Inflatables and party equipment carry inherent risks. By renting, you agree to follow all safety rules and the signed waiver, including but not limited to:

• Providing adult supervision at all times during use;
• Not exceeding capacity, height, or weight limits;
• Prohibiting shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and silly string on inflatables;
• Discontinuing use and securing equipment in high winds or rain;
• Keeping equipment in your care, free from damage, until pickup.

You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup and may be charged for damage beyond normal wear, loss, or excessive cleaning. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miss Marie Party Rentals is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. The signed rental agreement and waiver govern liability and indemnification in detail.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in or serving Hunt County, Texas.
